During the past 2 winter seasons, we took on a small interesting project to make significant property improvements for a client in Mariposa, CA with 27 units and public spaces. Here is a summary of the work we did.

 

1. Guest bathroom (plumbing, tiling)

2. Guest bedrooms (new flooring, furniture, beddings)

3. Public Spaces (Lobby layout refresh, breakfast area refresh)
